Hamed Javanbakht Lomeri received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Guilan in Iran. later on, he completed his master's studies at the University of Trento (Italy) in Materials and Production Engineering. In 2017, he joined Fraunhofer ISE (Germany) as a scientific assistant to pursue his master's thesis on ink development for metallization of silicon solar cells. After that, he joined imec research center (Belgium) to work on the fabrication of quantum dot photodetectors using the photolithography technique. In 2020, he joined Dr. Francesca Brunetti’s group at CHOSE, University of Rome Tor Vergata as a research fellow (Ph.D.), currently working on the realization of flexible photovoltaic solar cells and energy storage systems on paper and flexible substrate.
Research Activity
The primary research activity of Hamed Javanbakht Lomeri is mainly focuses on the fabrication and integration of organic photovoltaics (OPV) and supercapacitors using manufacturing techniques for wearable applications. Additionally, he conducts characterization of the integrated system under various indoor and outdoor conditions.
