Giuseppe Latessa was born on June 8th 1981 in Avellino (AV).
He obtained the degree in Electronic Engineering cum laude at the University of "Tor Vergata" in Rome with a thesis on "Realization and characterization of strain sensors with carbon nanotubes based on nano-composites materials".
He has worked on "Development of organic transistors based on pentacene and their characterization as inverters and oscillators" from May 2003 to November 2003 and on "Characterization of piezorestive sensors with carbon nanotubes" from September 2005 to May 2006.
Since November 2006 he is a Ph.D. student in Science and Space Technology at the University of "Tor Vergata" in partnership with Italian Space Agency (ASI). He is working on piezoresistive behaviour of polymeric composites and their possible integration in active sensors based on OTFTs, with the aim to realize a goniometric glove for hand posture.
