EDUCATION

2005-2007 Ph.D. in management at the university of Tor Vergata (Rome). The Ph.D is in the knowledge management field, in particular it examines Finmeccanica system’s “mindshare” and it proposes possible strategic evolutions. Tutor for the project is Prof Agostino La Bella, dean of engineering faculty in Tor Vergata. (the expected completion date is December 2007).

December 2002: Master of arts in“ business organization and management” (master in business administration) at the department of “Ingegneria d’impresa at Tor Vergata University in Rome The aim of the course is to forge “leaders you can trust”, the focus is on various issues of business administration and management.

July 1998 Degree of Bachelor of Science with honours in computer science at The university of Leeds

RESEARCH AND TEACHING EXPERIENCES

Since 2005 Contract professor for the master in business organization and management in Tor Vergata for several courses on various topics of human resources management, ICT technologies, Information systems economical and organisational implications

Energy: Since 2006 Founder and director of a university research laboratory on energy management and savings in Tor Vergata: the main research issues are energy management, smart grids, integrated urban systems, public lighting, building management

Knowledge management: In particular ICT tools for Knowledge management, organisational changes, and performance measurement

e-learning: Asynchronous e-learning platform, e-learning tools and models
